The first event of the APP tour happened this past week in Punta Gorda, Florida at the PicklePlex complex. We saw almost 700 amateur and pro pickleball players battle it out for the championship gold.
Parris won Pro Singles, Pro Doubles, and Mixed Pro Doubles, playing with Hunter Johnson for mixed doubles and partnering with Simone Jardim for women's doubles. It was a great weekend for Parris, who especially enjoyed playing at home and taking away her first Triple Crown! What a way to begin the 2023 season.
